I was impressed

While I was in the waiting room, a woman came in and asked if the office took Medicaid patients. The employee (I don’t know her name) told the woman that they didn’t take Medicaid patients, but looked at her eye. She urged the woman to see one of the other eye doctors in town who did take Medicaid patients and gave their addresses, because she saw that the condition was really serious. She also told the woman if she couldn’t get in to see one of the other doctors, to come back to this office. I was impressed that this employee cared enough about the woman’s eye health that she offered to help.
